Are ground floor units allowed to build a cover over the PES area?

Dear Buyer,
No permanent covering over the PES is allowed by URA. However, a retractable awning can be erected, provided the MCST approves it. As such, it all depends on the individual condo management. Do contact me directly if you are really keen. I can find out for you in detail.
